About the Artist and Founder

I'm Katie Light. I built Apocalyptic Pussy after surviving something no one wanted to believe — a violent rape by a man I loved, a man in power. I did everything right: I saved the evidence, I told the truth, I begged the system to care. They didn’t. So I stopped asking. Instead, I took the names they used to shame me — tart, hussy, jezebel, floozy — and I made them mine. I turned my trauma into something louder, something unapologetic, something that funds my fight for justice. Every shirt, every serum, every mug you buy helps me keep going — in court, online, and in a world that still doesn’t know what to do with a woman who survives and doesn’t shut up.
